Jordi will then introduce some of the movements and drills that NRL and NRL Pathways use to move better, be faster and hold speed further on the field and make you feel more confident in your ability to perform these drills. These drills will aid to develop speed off the mark change of direction and agility.
Each of these coaching sessions will be 45 minutes each, in a small group environment of 8 athletes. The skills and speed drills used in each age group will differ to provide applicable context to the rules, skill levels etc. There will be time at the end for any questions about Todd’s journey to the NRL and anything else you’d like to ask!
