We've teamed up with x2 Olympian and Pilates Instructor Barbora Zavadova to create a comprehensive guide to developing the Trunk, Hips and Shoulders. This program aims to develop general robustness and capacity and should supplement a current Strength & Conditioning Program.

Pilates is a method of training that consists of low-impact, high control movements involving flexibility, strength and endurance.
