Pilates is a method of training that consists of low-impact, high control movements involving flexibility, strength and endurance. One of the main benefits for athletes is the awareness of posture and isolated
movements in typically "weak" areas of the body.
"Athletes in of all sports can benefit from incorporating 20mins of targeted Pilates into their current weekly training sessions,
especially on low days (ie active recovery) or as apart of their injury management (rehab/ rehab)."

This E-Book provides you with two body weight only workouts which an be completed anywhere at anytime, so there's no excuses! Our recommendation is to implement the sessions:
- Prior to Sport Training (Prehab Focus)
- At the end of a Strength Session
- On a Low/ Active Recovery Day
As an added bonus, we have shared Barbora's daily modified Pilates Flow and Movement Preparation which she does prior to each AM and PM pool session! We want you to use these two sessions to help you "find your routine" which you can simply add to your current training.
