Extreme Sports takes its toll on your body. We gave Ryan a specific head to toe assessment covering range of motion, movement, strength and power.
These qualities transfer directly to the tasks of BMX and Scooter.

With a history of groin and hip issues, we used the VALD ForceFrame to look at specific strength qualities in a variety of positions and compare the data to EPL and other international team data.

Use VALD 3D Motion Capture to quantify your bodies movements in a way you have never seen before.
How you use your body- are you muscular or tendon driven and what effect this has on your power production.
How much force you produce, at what rate and why this is important for your sport. Specific strength tests will be used for this.

HOW TO I BOOK MY SPOT?
As soon as your order is processed, we will be in contact to confirm your booking and a date. This will be within 14 days and on a Saturday so everyone has the best chance to attend. The testing is completed in a small group- the way to get our best results is competition!
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER MY PERFORMANCE TESTING EXPERIENCE?
You'll have the opportunity to have a follow up meeting with our head coach to discuss how you can keep training with Perspective Training, or you can take your performance report and implement discussed training on your own.
CAN I DO THE TESTING IF I AM INJURED?
Absolutely! We also have an in-house Physiotherapist on sight, which you will have access to if required. Otherwise, we make modifications to the tests as required.
