When it comes to Speed and Power development I have been mentored by some of the world's elite Speed and Movement Coaches, now I want to share this with you.

This program will guide you to help make you MOVE BETTER, BE FASTER and HOLD SPEED FURTHER on the field, to make you feel more confident in you ability to perform at the highest level. 

Whether you need speed off the mark, develop agility to step your opponent or make a break when the game is on the line, this program will help you achieve just that. 

The Speed is King Program provides a full video library of 3 Structured and progressive sessions:

Session 1- Acceleration 

Session 2- Max Velocity 

Session 3- Hills (Acceleration) 

The Speed is King Program is then broken up into 5 Phases for each session:

Phase 1- Dynamic Prep

Phase 2- Activation Prep

Phase 3- Technique Drills

Phase 4- Bounding Drills 

Phase 5- Speed Session 

Each session you will work on the key bio motor abilities of Sprinting such as coordination, mobility, speed and power.
